Call of Duty: Black Ops adalah permainan tembak-menembak orang-pertama dari serial Call of Duty. Black Ops adalah serial ke-7 dari Call of Duty setelah Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Permainan ini dikembangkan oleh Treyarch dan didistribusikan oleh Activision. Black Ops adalah serial permainan Call of Duty pertama yang menggunakan latar belakang Perang Dingin. Game ini telah dirilis pada 9 November 2010. Game ini dapat dimainkan pada Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, dan Wii. Saat peluncuraan pada 9 November, game ini memecahkan rekor penjualan dalam kurun waktu 24 jam dengan 5,6 juta kopi telah terjual.
